Hello all,


I've received a handful of messages requesting that I write up a post on my tips for dealing with doctors.


For those reading this for the first time, I am a 34 female with decades of chronic pain treatment under my belt. I’ve had a lot of success communicating with doctors because I’ve spent quite a few years learning how they make decisions and take in information.


What are the best hospitals for treatment and management of chronic conditions in Kenya?


Kenya boasts several reputable hospitals and centers specializing in chronic disease management and treatment. These institutions focus on comprehensive care, cutting-edge technology, and multidisciplinary approaches.


1. Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH)


As the largest referral and teaching hospital in Kenya, KNH provides extensive services for chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cancer. It houses specialized outpatient clinics and inpatient services. Their endocrinology unit focuses on diabetes management, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools.
